Dancehall artiste Beenie Man has joined the crowd of Jamaicans who are communicating their shock at the Jamaican government after recordings arose of the seven-day party arrangement, Mocha Fest, being held in Negril.
Jamaicans are insulted by what they see to be a twofold norm in media outlets after pictures and recordings of the new Mocha Fest Party Series arose via online media on Thursday, May 27. Obviously, people, in general, is sharing their fury via online media, as Jamaicans have been enduring a lockdown of media outlets that denies them from facilitating or assembling at shows and gatherings. Persons took to web-based media to impact the public authority's twofold norm in permitting a traveller just occasion to be held even though the nearby media outlet has been under lockdown since March a year ago. Partners have been supporting a staged returning of the area however the public authority has been determined that it can't work with this at this point.
According to reports, R&B singer Ann Marie Shot Her Boyfriend In The Head In Atlanta, Claims Gun Fell.
Urban Islands reported that "Chicago-based singer and songwriter Ann Marie was arrested last Tuesday (December 1st) in connection with a shooting that occurred at the Intercontinental Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta. According to local CBS news, police officers were summoned to the singer’s hotel room to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head." The 24-year-elderly man was fairly responsive and was taken to the Grady Memorial Hospital, where he is apparently in basic condition. The police report says Ann Marie was shouting twistedly and must be taken out from the lodging. Concerning her story, she told officials that "a firearm tumbled off of a table in the lodging, which made the weapon go off hitting the person in question." The report likewise takes note of that she disclosed to one official that she grew up with the person in question and that they are Chicago locals simply visiting Atlanta. In Vincy (St. Vincent and the Grenadines) we have what is known as Tri Tri season. Tri Tri pronounced to some locals as Chi Chi”. The Tri Tri fish, also known to some as The West Indian Whitebait. In most cultures or natives familiar to its existance normally prepared similar to saltfish cakes and even boiled. When some of our families abroad can’t get hold of our fresh Tri Tri in the US, be it through a family member or friend packing it in their suitcase with them wrapped in newspaper, some would suffice with Japanese White or Sea Silver Fish. Other names for this fish are Icefish or Noodlefish. This fish is white in appearance, while Tri Tri has more distinct physical features. I never tried the silver fish and i’m not too thrilled to do so any time soon. Reason being it’s a frozen product and i’m sure it wouldn’t be the same. The adult Tri Tri ranges in lengths of 3½- 4½ inches while the young tri tri ranges in lengths of ¼- 1 ¼ inches. In the dry season the adult Tri tri migrates down stream to the sea where they lay their eggs probably near the river from where they descend and then apparently die as no adult fish are ever seen to return. The young tri tri or young fry ascend the rivers by the thousands in the wet season (preferably August September and October). "Like chameleons, they harmonize quite well to their surroundings." The tenacity of life of the young tri tri is remarkable. They can be found in stream in Grenada and Dominica. Also caught in Bequia. In fact I’ve met ith a Dominican lady (lovely lady) a few years ago who shared with me some of her Tri Tri preparations, one of which she boils in the tri tri in a flavored coconut broth. It was a few years ago so that’s all I remembered lol. The tri tri fish is found at the mouth of the river, “weh e rivah does meet e sea” as some locals may say. Some of the more known locations are the Layou river, Richmond river and Walliabou river. “Tri Tri” comes shortly after the quarter moon. Locals would set their tents up camping out at night as “Catching Tri Tri” requires patience and help in numbers whether be it for leisure or business. At the mouth of the river, sheets, or as some locals know it as “rugs” are spread out using large cuts of meshes with rocks to submerge them and sticks to keep them wide open, placing palm leaves at the base as well to keep them their and as the dawn breaks, and the sun throws its first light on the sea, they can be seen glistening in the water, like thick soup or as others have seen proof of a big ball comprised of a school of fish bursting out in the waters of the sea heading to the shores by the river. Some even link lighting to the nearing of Tri Tri season. In the old days people used to tell each other with beaming excitement “Tri Tri ah come” and so locals gather with buckets by their numbers or anything that can be filled. It is considered a profit for over the years as one large bucket can cost hundreds where they are taken to fish market and sold by the scoop in the white 5lb plastic bags.
For video on how Tri-Tri are caught please continue. We never imaged there would be photos of us that say "PEOPLE Exclusive" on them. But we're honored to share this amazing chapter in a story only God could write. What an insane adventure, y'all! And it's only just beginning!!
This is one sentiment expressed by singer and song writer Jamie Grace, who Marries her Fiancé After 5-Month Courtship.
People.com wrote an exclusive on the couple just after the wedding, adding to the many gifts the couple received for celebrating their union. For the Grammy-nominated Christian singer Jamie Grace, who first rose to fame on YouTube, marrying Aaron Collins on April 14, 2018 was a dream come true.
The couple recited the traditional vows at the North Metro Baptist Church in Lawrenceville in Georgia USA.
"Diagnosed with Tourette syndrome (a neurological disorder that can cause uncontrollable tics and compulsive utterances or obscene outbursts) when she was 11 years old, Grace, 26, never allowed it to hamper her spirit, instead choosing to raise her voice and inspire others through song." Jamie was nominated for a Grammy and a Billboard Music Award when she was just 19 while her now husband, the Atlanta-native, a model and actor, 23. Jamie's husband Aaron Collins, swept her off her feet when they met last November and they embarked on a five-month courtship that ended in the wedding of her dreams. The bride told Peoples exclusive that “Aaron is, by far, the most amazing man I have ever met,” and that after one of her shows in 2016, he “slid into my DMs on Instagram”. Aaron proposed to the gospel singer in January 2018 Marriage was forever. It was a covenant that knit one man and one woman together. This weaving made both stronger, nobler, and more vibrant expressions of who they were created to be. They were better together than either had been on their own.
From the story of marriage, we found this quote. And it couldn't fit any better.
If you've just watched the above video, and if you love poetry, you don't need to be teased to watching the journey. Poet Jacky Hill gave her testimony and titled it "My Life As A Stud", but never expected that it would draw her to her husband.
It was as if they were speaking to each other. The words that started out on a page now became words from the heart. And if that wasn't enough, it was almost as though the words came to life and decided to contact the other. A soul mate. Breaking soul ties. Leading to the tying of the knot.
